The Beginning
Clover Hill Farms it a small farm just south of Mount Ayr, Iowa. Owners, Daniel and Kim Curry purchased 80 acres with a dream of beginning a U-Pick Apple Orchard along with U-Pick berries.
On May 11, 2013 our dream began, 300 apple trees were planted. We have started with 6 different varieties of Apples. We currently have growing: Honeycrisp, Hampshire Mac (Macintosh Varitey), Gala, Idared, Crimson Crisp and Granny Smith.
If you take a drive by our starting orchard we are not going to look anything like your typical orchard.
